Kelsey Loy

Kelsey joined our team in August 2022 as a Forensic Interviewer and Advocate. In October 2022, she completed the ChildFirst WV Forensic Interview Training, establishing herself as the primary Forensic Interviewer for The Lighthouse CAC. In 2024, she was promoted to CAC Program Coordinator, reflecting her dedication and capability.

Kelsey holds a Regents Bachelor’s Degree from West Liberty University, which she earned in 2019. Prior to her current role, she worked as a Behavior Technician providing individual treatment for children with special needs through Applied Behavior Analysis.

Driven by a deep commitment to making a difference, Kelsey is passionate about helping children achieve brighter futures. She believes every child deserves to feel safe and loved, making her work at the CAC particularly meaningful.

Outside of her professional life, Kelsey enjoys spending quality time with her family, which includes her fiance, two daughters, and a stepson.
